Regeneration is a call to action to leave exploitative and exhausting systems behind and actively contribute to restoration and renewal. Henrike Gootjes explores regeneration as a radical response to the crises we face today. How can large systems fundamentally change, and how can regenerative processes become guiding principles in designing our future?

Drawing on experiences from places including Australia, Jordan, Northern Ireland, and Ukraine, Gootjes presents ten groundbreaking strategic principles. She shows how power, storytelling, (arts) education, and design can be mobilised to shape our actions as we work towards a world worth living in.
